18th October, 2017 – DET at Salto de Guairá
Ms. Estela Villalba conducted DET for 17 staff of UNICAN at National University of Canindeyú (UNICAN).

Ms. Estela Villalba conducted DET for 53 students and teachers of national college of Manuel Ortiz Guerrero, staff of municipal government at Municipal government of Salto de Guairá.

Ms. Estela Villalba conducted DET for 20 disabled people and their family, staff of municipal government and NGOs of and for disabled people at the Municipal government of Salto de Guairá.

14th October, 2017 – 1st Meeting of DET Forum Paraguay
The first meeting of the DET Forum Paraguay was held in CEPAI. Despite of unfavorable health and weather condition, 7 facilitators could attend the meeting. We commenced the meeting with the reflection of DET implementation by all facilitators, followed by reflection training by JICA expert. Afterwards, facilitators were divided into 2 groups to discuss following actions to be taken for the application of DET in different forms. The meeting was concluded by the statement of facilitators what they were going to do in the following period, to continue to work for an inclusive society.

Ms. Zulma Ferreira conducted DET to 30 teachers and students of Regional Educational Centre, staff of SENADE (NGO), students of college “Principito” (higher secondary school) at the public library.

Ms. Zulma Ferreira conducted DET to 140 persons comprising directors of schools, staff of ministry of health, educational supervisors and technicians at the Primary school No 3270 in Fulgencio Yegros.

6th September, 2017 – DET at Cambyreta
Ms. Zulma Ferreira conducted DET to 20 staff and users of “Grupo de Manos Unidas Sembrando Esperanze at the Municipal government of Cambyreta.

Ms. Zulma Ferreira conducted DET to 15 persons comprising dean and administrative and service staff of the faculty of economy and administration service of the National University of Itapúa (UNI).
